Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your Time's Reel pieces but, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. 

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging.
Time's Reel is not liable for any lost items.
Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (US and all International deliveries).
Shipping costs are not refunded.

We would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
  • Originals receipts would need to be included
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from timesreel.com
  •  

    If any of the above conditions aren't met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

    For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings (excludes ear cuffs) unless faulty. 
    Please note, engraved items are non-returnable / non-refundable unless faulty.

    Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable.



    FAULTY ITEMS

    We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Time's Reel jewellery. Our customer service team would be happy to assist - Please Contact Us before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of next steps and timeframes for a refund or replacement item.



    EXCHANGES

    We are unable to offer exchanges unless the item you need is a different size (rings only). We are only able to process one exchange per order, any items returned for a second time will be refunded. Please feel free to Contact Us if you have any questions.


    If you would like to exchange an item you will need to return the original order for a refund, and place a new order. 
    Any returned orders must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (US and International deliveries).
    We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via tracked USPS or Special Delivery. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Time's Reel’s discretion
    .



    RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS

    Time's Reel’s overseas customers can still return their items within 14 days on receipt of product. 

    To return items from overseas, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL and UPS to return your items to us*. 
    Once we’ve received your return we’ll send you an email with an update. Returns are usually processed within seven working day, although this may vary during busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original account used at purchase. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded.
    In the rare occasion your item is faulty, please contact us to resolve how we can processed with your return. We currently do not offer a return service for customers who have changed their minds. 

    *Time's Reel cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us so it is advisable that you use a trackable service.

    RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

    Refunds will be made within ten working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to five working days to credit your account, so please wait until this time has passed before enquiring about funds.

    Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded.

    OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

    All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.

    We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.

    Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

    Time's Reel makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.

    All decisions made by Time's Reel is final.
